The product of the highest level Toxybind Perfect has the maximum composition:
– Two-layer HSCAS (polar mycotoxins)
– Three-layer HSCAS (non-polar mycotoxins)
The functions of Toxybind Perfect are even more advanced:
Biotransformation of mycotoxins is a process in which a poisonous chemical product undergoes chemical changes due to enzymatic or microbial degradation. As a result, non-toxic metabolites are formed. Since 2021, Toxybind Perfect contains 4 such enzymes (lactonase, deepoxidase, carboxypeptidase and carboxylestrase). These enzymes are produced by pre-selected microorganisms that deactivate mycotoxins such as ochratoxin, trichothecenes, zearalenone and fumonisin in the gastrointestinal tract of the animal through biotransformation.
Mycotoxins are very stable toxic secondary metabolites produced by some fungi, especially many species of Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penecillium, Claviceps and Alternaria. It has been estimated that at least 300 of these fungal metabolites are potentially toxic to animals and humans. The most extensively studied mycotoxins are aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), ochratoxin (OTA), zearalenone (ZEA), deoxynivalenol (DON, vamitoxin), T2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, and fumonisins (FUM). Mycotoxins are produced by fungi mainly during growth (95%) and storage (5%) of raw materials such as grains and other agricultural commodities.
FF Chemicals BV (Netherlands) supplies several unique products for detoxification and recovery of the body of pigs and poultry - a comprehensive offer for all 4 levels of protection against mycotoxins:
